Yes, you can use the «Donate» button on the website. We only donate to trustworthy funds and make sure they go to the right causes.
You can hire the Ukrainian citizen as a free-lancer or by contract. The taxation responsibilities are strictly up to the Ukrainian citizen to self declare their employment status. You will not be responsible for making any taxation statements to Ukrainian authorities. It is up to them to declare their income in Ukraine according to the laws of Ukraine. Your expenses can be expensed out according to the laws of the country that you’re hiring from.
Yes, you can. But it is better to use a language in the contract that the employee will understand. Most often clients use contracts in English. If the new employee does not live in the country in which your office is located, then any recent address will do for the contract, even Ukrainian. The content of the contract will be the same as for a regular employee, defining job duties, start date, wages, working hours, number of vacation days, etc.
According to the job postings, you will be paying your employee after the work has been completed, or based upon a particular time period, i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, or by project term depending on what you have negotiated with the applicant. We would recommend concluding a contract with a future employee, which will describe the number of working hours, salary, rest and vacation time.
When you add a job, you specify the amount of payment right away. However, this is dependent upon the skill of the worker and the requirements of the job. This is for  you to negotiate directly with the employee. We do not participate in determining the salary.
The employee questionnaire specifies the country and city where he or she resides. If this information is not enough for you, you can reach out directly by correspondence or video chat.
To choose the employee, we advise you to study the questionnaires available on the website. To do this, you need to register and enter a job posting.
It all depends on your arrangements with your employer. You can sign a contract or register as a self-employed freelancer.
