Can we use our standard employment contracts for recruiting Ukrainian nationals?

Yes, you can. But it is better to use a language in the contract that the employee will understand. Most often clients use contracts in English.

If the new employee does not live in the country in which your office is located, then any recent address will do for the contract, even Ukrainian. The content of the contract will be the same as for a regular employee, defining job duties, start date, wages, working hours, number of vacation days, etc.
